To Navigate to SmartView on Windows (Microsoft Edge)

This procedure details the steps for accessing SmartView on Windows using Microsoft Edge.
  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. In the address field, enter the SmartView URL: https://smartview.cityscape-suite.ca
    A certificate selector window will appear.
  3. In the certificate selector, select OK to select the installed certificate
    A Windows Security window will open.
  4. In the Windows Security window, select Allow to allow use of the certificate
SmartView has been successfully accessed on Windows using the Microsoft Edge browser.
