Generating Building Information Plan Share Links

SmartView allows users to generate and send Share Links for building information plans. These links can be sent to individuals outside of an organization, and are sent via email or SMS message. The Share button is located at the bottom of the building information plan menu. Generated Share Links are time-limited, and expire after a period of time specified in the SmartView settings (expiry times are configurable by APX). The share function is unavailable to any individual accessing the plan using a share link.
