Accessing SmartMAP on Windows (Firefox)

Once a SmartMAP certificate has been installed on a Windows device, it can be accessed using Mozilla Firefox at the following URL: https://smartmap.cityscape-suite.com.

Once accessed, users can create a desktop shortcut to SmartMAP, providing easy access to the application. In Firefox, a desktop shortcut can be added by selecting the icon to the left of the address bar (this icon is called a favicon) and dragging it to the desktop. Alternatively, a SmartMAP bookmark can be added to the Firefox browser.
