To Navigate to SmartMAP on Windows (Firefox)

This procedure details the steps for accessing SmartMAP on a Windows device using Mozilla Firefox.
  1. Open Mozilla Firefox
  2. In the browser's address field, enter the SmartMAP URL: https://smartmap.cityscape-suite.com
    A certificate selector window will appear.
  3. In the certificate selector, select the installed certificate
  4. Select OK to confirm selection of the certificate
  5. If necessary, select Allow Location Access
    Important: Location services are required for full SmartView functionality. To turn on Location services, navigate to Open Menu > Options > Privacy & Security > Permissions > Location Settings > .
