Changing SmartCapture Account Passwords
Users are able to change and reset account passwords from within SmartCapture. Passwords can be changed from the Settings menu, accessible from the SmartCapture map: users must enter the existing password before entering a new one. SmartCapture account passwords can be reset from the sign-in screen: a reset message can be generated and sent to the account email.
Lost or forgotten passwords can also be reset by an Organization Admin using CityScape Admin.
