To Download a SmartView Certificate

This procedure details the steps in CityScape Admin for downloading a SmartView certificate.
  1. If necessary, navigate to CityScape Admin
  2. Select SmartView SmartView
    The SmartView Active Certificates list will appear.
  3. In the displayed list, select Download for the desired certificate
A SmartView certificate has been successfully downloaded. For Windows devices, the certificate will be in the Downloads folder (assuming default settings). For iOS and Android devices, the device settings will open.
