Reviewing Inspection Requests

CityScape Admin allows users to review inspection requests generated for SmartInspect. Depending on the user role, users may be able to see all generated inspection requests, or only those that are assigned to their user account.

Inspection requests are accessed by selecting the SmartInspect SmartInspect tab and then the Inspection Requests tab, and can be viewed in either a List View or a Map View. The list view displays the following for each inspection request:
  • Building Name
  • Address
  • Requested Completion Date
  • Assigned Inspector
  • Inspection Type
  • Actions (Edit Inspection Request, Delete Inspection Request)
The map view displays the inspection requests upon a map, identifying inspection requests with building pins. The map view will present the pins in a if the pins are too close together given the map's zoom level. Selecting a pin will present a label that displays the following:
  • Address
  • Assigned Inspector
  • Requested Completion Date

Inspection request details can also be viewed from the Map View by selecting a building pin, and then selecting Inspection Details Edit Inspection; inspection requests can also be deleted from the Map View.

Both the List View and Map View can be filtered by requested completion date. Filter options include 7-Day, 30-Day, All, or by a configurable Range. The List View can also be filtered by assigned inspector.
