Rescheduling Failed Inspections
SmartInspect's Admin Portal allows users to reschedule failed inspections directly from the
Inspection History tab. Passed inspections cannot have
inspections rescheduled from the Inspection History. Failed inspections can be
rescheduled from the List View of the
Inspection History, within the
SmartInspect tab by selecting
and then Reschedule Inspection for the desired
inspection. This will open up a window that allows an inspection to be rescheduled for
the selected occupancy. An Inspection Type, Requested
Completion Date, and Inspector must be selected
at this point. Additionally, inspection request comments and an email recipient can also
be optionally input at this point.
