To Bulk Re-assign Inspection Requests

This procedure details the steps in SmartInspect's Admin Portal for bulk re-assigning inspection requests.
Note: Ensure that SmartInspect has been selected from the CityScape Admin portal. For more information, see To Access SmartInspect on CityScape Admin.
  1. Select Inspection Requests Inspection Requests
    A list of outstanding inspections will appear.
    Note: If a user has only the Inspector role, they will only see inspections assigned to them. Clerks and Inspector Managers will see all generated inspection requests.
  2. In the left-most column of the Inspection Requests list, select the checkboxes for each of the inspection requests to be re-assigned
  3. In the top-left of the Inspection Requests list, select Re-Assign Inspection Requests
    A window will appear.
  4. In the Reassign to selector, select an Inspector user to which the selected request(s) will be assigned
  5. Select Submit
A bulk re-assignment of inspection requests has been succesfully completed in SmartInspect's Admin Portal.
