To Resolve a Data Conflict

This procedure details the steps in SmartCapture for resolving a data conflict in a building information plan.
Trouble: If another user is making changes simultaneously to the same building, their changes will not sync in real-time. To view their changes, navigate back to the map and then re-sync the building information plan.
  1. Tap Done after completing changes to a building information plan
    An alert will appear if there is a data conflict.
    Note: The alert will detail in which field there is a conflict.
  2. Tap one of the following:
    • Theirs - Select data entered by other user
    • Mine - Override data entered by other user
A data conflict has been successfully resolved.
