To Check the Current Sync Status

This procedure details the steps in SmartCapture for checking the current sync status of the building index.
Note: Ensure that SmartInspect is open, and is the selected view. If necessary, see To Switch to SmartCapture from SmartInspect.
  1. If you already have a building information plan open in the foreground within SmartCapture, tap Map to return to the application map.
  2. At the map, view the sync status icon in the top left to determine current sync status
    Note: The sync status will be Green for a completed sync, Red for a failed sync, and will display a spinner if the sync is in progress.
The current sync status of the building index has been successfully checked.
