To Add an Image to a Building Information Plan (Camera)

This procedure details the steps in SmartCapture for using the device camera to add an image to a building information plan.
  1. If necessary, select the desired section from the building information plan menu
  2. In the selected section, tap the Camera Icon
    A menu will appear.
  3. Tap Camera
    The device camera will open.
  4. Tap Capture Photo
    A shutter animation will occur, and the captured image will be presented.
  5. Tap Use Photo
    The camera will close and an alert will appear.
    Tip: To discard the current image and return to the camera to capture a new photo, tap Retake.
  6. In the alert, enter a name for the image
  7. Tap OK
An image captured using the device camera has been successfully added to a building information plan.
