To Add an Image to a Building Information Plan (Files Browser)

This procedure details the steps in SmartCapture for adding an image to a building information plan using the iOS Files browser.
Note: The Files browser is only available in iOS 11 or later.
  1. If necessary, select the desired section from the building information plan menu
  2. In the selected section, tap Camera Icon
    A menu will appear.
  3. Tap Browse
    The iOS Files browser will open.
  4. Use the Files browser to locate the desired image
  5. Tap the desired image to select it
    The Files browser will close and an alert will appear.
  6. In the alert, enter a name for the image
  7. Tap OK
An image accessed using the iOS Files browser has been successfully added to a building information plan.
